Rawn Re-grip has been used in the electronics industry for years to restore, clean and revitalize rubber belts, tires: used in repairs, restoring bill changer/acceptor mechanical rubber rollers, office equipment with print rollers, drive belts, drive wheels, hoses or other components made of natural or synthetic rubber.
Directions for use:

Paint contents sparingly onto surfaces of rubber components using a clean cloth or swab dampened with the solvent. Promptly remove spills or residues from plastic surfaces. Allow 10-15 minutes for the solvent to penetrate through glaze and oxidation buildup on treated surfaces, then wipe clean using a lint-free wipe or cloth.
